The Cyber Tower
 Indian Ocean Asset Management was one of the first occupants of the newly constructed Cyber Tower in the summer of 2004. The building is the centre piece of the Ebene Cyber City . It is a state-of-the-art building designed specifically to be used by information intensive companies.
Award Winning Design
The Cyber Tower was awarded the title of ´Intelligent Building of the Year 2005´ by the ICF.
Excellent Communications
The Cyber Tower has a direct link to the SAFE submarine fibre-optic cable that links Europe to the Far East offering residents secure and efficient telecom and datacom connections. This is complemented by a suite of Satellite communication systems.
Ebene Cyber City.
Situated in the picturesque neighbourhood of the "Ebène Triangle", Réduit and at just 15 minutes drive from the capital city Port-Louis and less than an hour's drive from the International Airport, the Cyber City provides a very high quality environment to live and work.
Spread over an area of about 172 acres, the Ebène Cyber City is divided into 6 zones;
The Business Zone incorporating the Cyber Tower and a number of other office developments.
A Knowledge Zone containing several institutes of education.

A Hotel Complex
Several government administrative headquarters.
The entire Cyber City is pre-wired with fibre-optic cables to provide high speed international communications on demand.
