These forms should be completed by Joint Applicants. An account status can be changed to individual status subject to the receipt of a letter signed by both parties. Supporting documentation required to be submitted with account opening form.  A Certified Copy of each applicants passport An original, recent (within three months) Bank Statement stating your current address An Original, recent (within 3 months) Utility Bill stating your current addressPlease select to download appropriate Joint Account Opening Form.
All our online account opening documentation are presented in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format, and will therefore require a version of Adobe Acrobat Reader to be installed on you computer. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed you may download and install a version from the Adobe website for no cost. Once downloaded you will able to view and print the account opening documentation. If you experience any difficulties downloading the forms, or would prefer them to be sent by facsimile or mail, please contact our Client Liaison Department. Contact us. Return documentation to us. Signed original Account Opening Forms and requested documentation (as specified on the account opening form) must be returned to us. We suggest however that you send us your completed documentation by facsimile prior to delivery of the original hard copy, thus allowing expedition of the account opening process. No account, however, will become active until all requested, signed original copies have been received, processed and approved by us.
