Discretionary Managed Products

Most clients have particular requirements. It may be the provision of income, long term growth, capital preservation, or a combination of all. Our range of discretionary managed products has been designed to accommodate most investment requirements. From more conservative, lower-risk, Liquidity Portfolios to the more innovative and higher risk Global Growth Portfolios, each investor will find a product to meet their specific risk and return criteria. Benchmarking

By defining, at the time of investment, a Benchmark and the investment parameters to which our investment team will abide for each client account, full investment clarity is offered to our clients.

The adopted Benchmark is a target and is not an assurance or guarantee of performance.

Fees and Charges

Investment Management Fee

A monthly Investment management fee is charged monthly in arrears, equal to a fixed percentage of the portfolio value per annum. The investment management fee varies between 0.50% and 1.50% depending upon the selected portfolio. Please see portfolio specifics for full details.

Introductory Commissions

An introductory commission of up to 3.00% may be levied, the proceeds of which may be distributed to appropriate intermediaries and advisors.

Stock Market and Account Executions

Commissions will be charged by execution counterparties. We will seek to negotiate reduced rates and charges from such counterparties in line with standard market practice. We may receive rebate commission/fees from those counterparties we execute business through.

Nominee and Safe Custody Administration Fee.

A fixed quarterly nominee and safe custody administration fee will be charged equal to $125.00, or currency equivalent.
