Execution Only - FOR CLIENTS WITH DISCRETIONARY ACCOUNTS ONLY

For Discretionary Clients who need some element of Execution Only services in parallel to their discretionary accounts with us we will make every effort to facilitate this need. This service may be used across an extensive range of internationally traded securities and Investment Funds. This allows discretionary clients to consolidate their holdings under a central point of contact.  Whilst we will support this to the best of our ability we are not an Execution Only trading house and this service is more suitable for Buy and Hold long term investment than active trading requirements of clients.

We remain fundamentally a Discretionary Management Company that will provide an execution only facility to support clients with specific Investment wishes.

Our Execution Only clients receive 24 hour access to our internet based reporting systems, offering real time portfolio valuations.

Fees

Administration Fee

A monthly administration fee is charged monthly in arrears, equal to 0.25% of the portfolio value per annum, subject to a minimum fee of US$125.00 (or currency equivalent) per quarter.

Introductory Commissions

An introductory commission of up to 3.00% may be levied, the proceeds of which may be distributed to appropriate intermediaries and advisors.

Stock Market and Account Executions

Commissions will be charged by execution counterparties. We will seek to negotiate reduced rates and charges from such counterparties in line with standard market practice. We may receive rebate commission/fees from those counterparties we execute business through.

Nominee and Safe Custody Administration Fee.

A fixed quarterly nominee and safe custody administration fee will be charged equal to $125.00, or currency equivalent.
