The IOAM risk profiler is compatible with most web browsers including Internet Explorer and Firefox. However, some users of the Chrome browser may experience difficulties if their Adobe plug-ins are not activated. To activate adobe add-ins within a Chrome browser follow these three simply steps.

• In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://plugins.
• Disable Chrome PDF Viewer.
• Enable the Adobe Acrobat/ Adobe Reader plugin.
